ATBC & FOX 26 Houston Announce Texas 18th Congressional District Live Debate
he American Turkic Business Council (ATBC), in partnership with FOX 26 Houston, is pleased to announce the Texas 18th Congressional District Live Debate, taking place on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, at the ATBC headquarters in Houston, Texas. This high-profile civic event will bring together leading candidates Amanda Edwards and Christian Menefee for an in-depth discussion on key policy issues shaping the district and the broader Houston community.
As part of ATBC and FOX 26 Houston’s shared commitment to supporting civic engagement, public dialogue, and cross-community collaboration, the live debate will provide voters with a meaningful opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, better understand their priorities, and gain insight into their perspectives on matters that impact the American Turkic community, Houston residents, and the regional business ecosystem.
By co-hosting this program, ATBC and FOX 26 Houston aim to foster transparency, informed decision-making, and wider participation in the democratic process ahead of the upcoming election.
Event Details & Registration Information
The Texas 18th Congressional District Live Debate, co-hosted by ATBC and FOX 26 Houston, will take place on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, at the American Turkic Business Council, located at 9301 West Bellfort Avenue, Houston, TX 77031. Reception and registration will be held from 5:15 pm to 5:50 pm, followed by the live debate from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
