ATBC 21st Annual Gala 2026: Celebrating Leadership & Partnership

The American Turkic Business Council (ATBC) proudly hosted its 21st Annual Gala in Houston, Texas, bringing together hundreds of distinguished business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members for an evening of celebration, recognition, and connection.

The evening began with a warm reception, followed by the formal program where ATBC leadership reflected on the organization’s continued growth, expanding partnerships, and its mission to strengthen entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and economic collaboration.

A highlight of the night was the presentation of the Businessperson of the Year Awards to Askhat Soltanov and Ahmet Sürmen, recognizing their leadership, innovation, and outstanding contributions to the business community.

In addition, Appreciation Awards were presented to Hamza Akgün, Ayşegül Şen, and Emine Yıldız Genzileli for their dedication, service, and continued support of ATBC’s mission.

The program concluded with a special performance by Bedirhan Gökçe, whose unique blend of poetry, music, and storytelling created a memorable and inspiring finale to the evening.
